Salisbury Steak

1 lb. Mike Willer Farms Ground Beef

 

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

 

1 beaten egg

 

1 teaspoon salt

 

1/8 teaspoon peper

 

2 Tablespoons chopped onion

 

1/4 cup chopped celery

 

1 can cream of mushroom soup

 

1/2 can water

 

 

 

Combine first 7 ingredients.  Shape into oval patties.  Brown on both sides in butter.  Combine soup and water and pour over and around meat.  Cook slowly in covered skillet for 25 minutes.
