The T-Bone is “two-steaks-in-one” - a Filet on one side and a New York
Strip on the other. Our T-Bone is
ideal for those who enjoy the taste of both worlds. As we say, the NY Strip is the main
course & the Filet is the dessert.
This is an excellent choice for the large appetite or steak for 2.

Rib Eye Steaks

Rib-Eyes are famous for having tenderness and full rich flavor. If you have not tasted our Rib Eye

This can also be special ordered as a Prime Rib Roast.
Just
remember that due to limited quantities per animal, this one usually
sells out first.

Sirloin Steaks
Our
Sirloin is Tops: lean, firm, & tastee. This one doesn’t need to be marinated for
flavor. It’s a Great choice for
grilling, or slicing for cooking with onions & peppers.

All Beef Brats:
At nearly
1/4 pound each, a meal in itself. Filled with beef, rich in flavor and seasoned just right. Don't poke these natural casing while cooking; they're so lean they can dry out quickly.

Ground Beef
We
call it Ground Beef not Hamburger.
That’s because it comes from the same beef that our great steaks
come from. Some want you to
believe hamburger needs fat for flavor, but if you start with superb
beef, you’ll have wonderful ground beef.
Ours is extra lean at better than 90%. It also comes in 1/3 # patties, but be aware, you better
have a big bun & appetite.

Round
Our
Round is made into a number of cuts.
- Tenderized Round Steak;
moist, tender, & cut into proportions. When prepared and put with the right side dishes this
makes a meal that is second to none.
- Rump Roast: this
one is boneless & yummy.
- Stew Meat: lean
& tender, great for soups & stews.
- Jerky: our soon
to be famous Jerky is lean, thick, chewy, & spiced just right.
- Dried Beef: From
the response of our customers, this one is famous now. Lean, Thinly sliced, perfect for
appetizers or sandwiches.

- Chuck Roast (Boneless Blade)

the chuck, will have a bone, tender, lean & darn hard to beat.

Summer Sausage
Oh
buddy, seasoned nicely, this is great for snacks during the game, party
at the neighbors, served with crackers, or as a sandwich. Impress your hunting pals or kids on a
trip. Did I mention extra lean,
so it doesn’t leave you with that greasy feeling on the roof of your
mouth? A good choice to have an
extra one, in case friends stop by…
And
Pepper Sticks similar to the Summer Sausage, a little spicier,
might need a beverage close by for these. Comes in individual serving sticks, but who can just eat
one??

Cuts-
Sold as Whole, Half, and Quarters of Beef
Approximate weight and cuts of whole beef, varies due to different size of
cattle and cuts. For example, if you had a 1,250 lb. Steer, this is
approximately what you would end up with:
105 lbs. of steaks - Prime Rib or Rib Eyes,
T-Bone, Sirloin, & Round.
105 lbs. of roasts - Arm, Blade, Rump,
Sirloin, & Round.
215 lbs. of Extra Lean ground beef -
Available in 1 & 1½ lb. packages & patties.
Half is 50% and a Quarter is 25% of a whole beef. This way you are not
getting just the front, or the rear quarter you are getting parts of the
whole.

You will be notified when your order is nearing completion. You can pickup
your order at Mike Willer Farms, or we can ship your order 2nd or 3rd Day
UPS, at the cost of the customer.
Due to shipping limitations preferred shipping is within 400 Miles of
