Our Rules for Grilling
The
verdict is still out, our beef seems to cook up
more quickly than store bought meat.
So may we suggest?
1. Get the grill hot.
2.
Turn heat to low when grilling.
3. Don’t leave unattended.
4. Don’t cut steaks while cooking, as it
will lose moisture.
5.
Don’t keep flippin it; you’ll make it tired.
6. Grill burgers till juices are clear.
7. Have fun with it.

Our rules for baking or slow cooking made easy
If
our beef is froze or thawed… Doesn’t
matter cook slow & low temp 250-350°.
If
all roast drippings are in the pan, maybe you over cooked??
Use
a meat thermometer.
Cover
with lid or foil.
